糖尿病患者瘀血舌象与凝血功能相关性研究

Related Studies on the Tongue Stasis Pictures of Diabetes and their Blood Coagulation Function

目的:对2型糖尿病患者瘀血舌象与PT、INR、APTT、FIB四项凝血指标之间的相关性进行探讨。方法:用Sysm ex CA1500全自动血凝分析仪检测136例2型糖尿病患者,77例正常人群体检者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果:瘀血舌象组、非瘀血舌象组的PT均比正常组显著缩短(P<0.017,P<0.001);瘀血舌象组、非瘀血舌象组的APTT均比正常组显著缩短(P<0.001,P<0.017);非瘀血舌象组FIB水平显著高于正常组(P<0.017);瘀血舌象组FIB水平显著高于非瘀血舌象组(P<0.001)。结论:糖尿病患者体内凝血功能增强、纤溶功能升高,而糖尿病血瘀证患者体内凝血功能增强、纤溶功能升高可能是其出现瘀血舌象的病理基础之一。

Objective： Probing in the correlation between tongue stasis pictures of diabetes and their four coagulation indicators such as PT,INR,APTT and FIB.Methods： By the Sysmex CA1500 automated blood coagulation analyzer,136 patients with type 2 diabetes and 77 healthy people were examined with the prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,international normalized ratio（INR） and fibrinogen（FIB）.Results： PT of congestion tongue group and non-congestion tongue group was significantly shorter than that of healthy people group（P〈0.017,P〈0.001）.APTT of congestion tongue group and non-congestion tongue group was significantly shorter than taht of healthy people group（P〈0.001,P〈0.017）.The level of FIB of non-congestion tongue group was higher than that of healthy people group（P〈0.017）.The level of FIB of congestion tongue group was higher than that of non-congestion tongue group（P〈0.001）.Conclusion： Coagulation and fibrinolysis is higher in diabetes,enhanced blood coagulation and fibrinolysis may be the pathological basis of tongue stasis pictures in diabetic patients with blood stasis.
