中医药治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展

Progress on Recent Research in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by Traditional Chinese Medicine

综述了近年来中医药治疗2型糖尿病的进展。通过病因病机分析,强化了辨证论治,分型治疗和辨病论治,随证加减两大治疗原则;证实了中医药在防止或消除2型糖尿病的危险因素(肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂代谢紊乱)、改善症状、防治慢性并发症方面具有明显的优势。

Overviewing the recent Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Analyzing by etiology,differentiated diagnosis and treatment,reinforced by the treatment,Differentiation with addition and subtraction of two treatment principle;confirmed by Traditional Chinese Medicine to prevent or eliminate type 2 diabetes risk factors（obesity,insulin resistance,lipid metabolism）,improvement of symptoms,prevention and treatment of chronic complications have distinct advantages.
