5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯的聚合及接枝反应

摘要 利用新型Pd(Ⅱ)型"裸露"的金属催化剂催化5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯(VNB)的乙烯加成聚合,并利用红外(IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)对单体及聚合物的结构进行了表征。同时利用过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂引发聚合物与丙烯酸叔丁酯(tBA)、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)的接枝反应,通过红外、核磁和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法表征了接枝聚合物的结构,证明得到了接枝共聚物,定量分析了接枝不同单体的相对接枝量大小,结果表明,丙烯酸叔丁酯的相对接枝量较高。同时考察了三种接枝聚合物的热稳定性和溶解性。 In this paper,poly(5-vinyl-2-norbornene)(PVNB) was successfully synthesized via addition polymerization by using palladium(Ⅱ)-based catalyst system,and polymers were characterized by infrared spectrum(IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR).The grafting polymerization of tert-Butyl acrylate(tBA),N-Isopropyl acrylamide(NIPA) and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) were used to modify the PVNB using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator.The IR,1H-NMR and gel permeation in chromatography(GPC) method analyses demonstrate that grafted PVNB copolymers are obtained.The amount of relative grafting rate of different monomers had been calculated according to the IR analysis.It is demonstrated that the grafting of tBA is higher than that of NIPA and HEMA.And the solubility and thermal properties of resulting polymers were also investigated.
