摘要
以双酚A和4,4′-二氟二苯酮为原料,采用新的合成工艺合成双酚A型聚芳醚酮,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)及差示扫描量热(DSC)等分析手段对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明,合成的双酚A型聚芳醚酮具有良好的耐热性能,其玻璃化转变温度为152.8℃,氮气中5%热失重温度为509.8℃,与传统工艺合成的聚合物的热性能基本一致。合成的双酚A型聚芳醚酮具有良好的阻燃性能和溶解性能,19℃时氧指数达到了29.7%;室温下可溶于氯仿、四氢呋喃、N-甲基吡咯烷酮等有机溶剂。
The poly(aryl ether ketone) containing bisphenol A was synthesized and bisphenol A,4,4′-difluorobenzophenone was used as the monomer.The synthesized polymer was analyzed and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the polymer exhibits excellent heat-resistance,its glass transition temperature is 152.8 ℃,in nitrogen 5% mass loss temperature is 509.8 ℃,its performance is consistent with that synthesized by the traditional crafts.The polymer has a good flame resistance and solubility.The oxygen index of the polymer has reached 29.7% at 19 ℃;the polymer shows good solubility in some solvents such as chloroform,N-methyl pyrrolidone and tetrahydrofuran at room temperature.
