固相剪切碾磨制备聚丙烯/层状双金属氢氧化物纳米复合材料的力学性能及热稳定性 被引量:1

Mechanical Properties and Thermal Stability of Polypropylene/Layered Double Hydroxides Nanocomposites Prepared by Solid State Shear Milling

摘要 采用湿法固相剪切碾磨法(S3M)制备了部分剥离型聚丙烯(PP)/层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米复合材料,研究了PP/LDHs纳米复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性。结果表明,相对于聚丙烯,固相剪切碾磨制备的PP/LDHs纳米复合材料可在拉伸强度保持不变的情况下,明显提高其断裂伸长率和冲击强度。如当LDHs质量分数为3%时,相应纳米复合材料的断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别提高了28.6%和29.8%,明显优于传统熔融共混制备的复合材料。此外,纳米LDHs的加入可显著改善材料的热稳定性。 Polypropylene(PP)/layered double hydroxides(LDHs) nanocomposites with exfoliated/intercalated structures were prepared by wet solid state shear milling(S3M) method and the corresponding mechanical properties and thermal stability were studied.The results indicate that elongation at break(EB) and notched impact strength(IS) of PP/LDHs nanocomposites prepared by S3M method significantly increase due to the good dispersion of LDH layered nanoparticles and strong interfacial interaction,while tensile strength remains unchanged.When the LDH content is 3%,EB and IS increases by 28.6% and 29.8%,respectively,much higher than that of the composites prepared by conventional melt blending method.The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) shows that the addition of nano LDHs obviously improves the thermal stability of nanocomposite in comparison with pure PP.
