摘要
用FT-IR研究了紫外光老化聚丙烯(PP)/纳米CaCO3和相容剂改性PP/纳米CaCO3复合材料的微观结构变化,结果表明,纳米CaCO3和相容剂加入加快了PP紫外光氧化降解,但对PP光氧化降解机理无影响。纳米CaCO3促进PP光氧化降解作用较相容剂的大。纳米CaCO3加快PP紫外光氧化降解主要归结于纳米CaCO3加入形成大量界面的影响。而相容剂促进PP光氧化降解,主要归结于相容剂对光稳定剂的吸附作用,相容剂极性越大,吸附作用越强。
The UV photo-oxidative degradation of PP/nano-CaCO3 composites,PP/compatibilizers and compatibilizers modified PP/nano-CaCO3 composites were investigated by FT-IR.The results indicate that addition of nano-CaCO3 and compatibilizers accelerates the UV photo-oxidative degradation,but does not influenced the mechanism of the UV photo-oxidative degradation.The acceleration in the UV photo-oxidative degradation by adding of nano-CaCO3 is more significant than that of compatibilizer and is attributed to the formation of a large amount of interface between PP and nano-CaCO3,which is easy to UV photo-oxidative degradation.The acceleration in the UV photo-oxidative degradation by adding of compatibilizer is mainly attributed to the absorption of antioxidant by compatibilizer.
