摘要
制备了聚氨酯基磁流变弹性体,并构建了一种压缩性能的实验装置,对磁流变弹性体的动态压缩性能进行了系统的研究。采用激振的方法,建立了磁流变弹性体的动态力学性能的理论模型,提出了磁流变效应的计算方法。分别研究了预压缩、激励振幅、激励频率、外加磁场对磁流变效应的影响。结果表明,磁流变弹性体的磁流变效应随着外加磁场、激励振幅的增加而增大,激励频率的变化对磁流变效应影响不大。随着预压缩量的增大,磁流变弹性体的磁流变效应急剧减小。
Magnetorheological elastomer(MR elastomer,MRE) based on polyurethanes was prepared and a dynamic experimental device was fabricated to study the compression properties of MR elastomer.Using vibration theoretical,a model for the dynamical characteristics of MRE was established.Based on the model,a method used to compute the MR effect was put forward to investigate the squeeze characteristics of MRE under different pre-compressed load,different amplitude and frequency,different magnetic field.The results show the MR effect increases with the magnetic field and the amplitude.But the frequency has no obviously effect on the MR effect.With the increase of precompressed load,the MR effect decreases sharply.
