摘要
通过实验研究了高炉喷补料中Fe2O3含量对其抗CO侵蚀能力的影响,并初步分析了C沉积的作用机理。研究表明,随喷补料中Fe2O3含量增加,其抗CO侵蚀能力急剧降低,因此减少喷补料中Fe2O3含量有利于提高其抗CO侵蚀能力,延长炉衬寿命。实验还首次采用了耐压强度来判定高炉喷补料抗CO侵蚀的新方法。
The effect of Fe2O3 content in gunning material for blast furnace on its resistance to carbon monoxide (CO) is described. The reaction mechanism of the carbon disposition in refractories is analyzed. The results of the study show that the resistance to CO decreases rapidly with increasing of the Fe2O3 content. Therefore, the reduce of the Fe2O3 content raises the ability of resistance to CO, and prolongs the campaign life of the gunning layer. Simultaneously, a new method to test the resistance to CO with compressive strength is given.
