摘要
研究用90%CaO+5%CaF2+5%CaCl2法对铁水脱硫过程的动力学。理论分析判断和实验证实,该过程的速率控制步骤为硫在铁液中的传质。说明加强和改善搅拌,是提高脱硫效率的重要措施。
The kinetics of desulfurization process of pig iron melt by 90%CaO-5%CaF2-5%CaCl2 slagare studied. That the transfer of sulfur in pig iron melt is the rate controlling step in the process is arrived at first by theoretical analysis and then verified by experiments. This suggests that,intensifyingand improving stir are important means of raising desulfurization rate.
