A Study on a CAPP Expert System for the Crank Shaft

摘要 采用以型面特征为基础,以轴段信息为单元建立曲轴CAPP信息模型的方法,既能与CAD系统和CAM系统在特征层上实现信息集成,又能获得符合企业规范的工艺规程。工艺推理吸收了派生法和创成法的优点,采用专家系统结构顺应了新一代CAPP的发展潮流。 The way of building CAPP information mdoel for the crank shaft is based on the part shapefeatures and on the unit of shaft segments. It can not only make the Information of CAD system andCAM system integrated on the layer of shape features but also gain technological process in accordwith the factory habit. The inference of process has absorbed merits of variant and generative systems.The model of expert system conforms to the trend of developing of new CAPP system.
