摘要 提出了几种新的压电元件的等效电气模型。这些模型一般由受控源、变压器或其他元件组成。它们能够比较清楚地表示压电元件特有的机电耦合关系,从而使其内在的物理关系更加明了。由于模型全由电路元件表示,从而可以方便地用电路分析方法来分析含有压电元件的机电系统。 In this paper,two kinds of new electrical analogy about piezoelectric elements are investigated. These analogs consist of two controlled sources and other electrical elements. There are one controlled source called voltage-controlled strain source and another called stress-controlled currentsource in one electric analog. On the other hand,there are one controlled source called voltage-controlled velocity source and another called velocity-controlled current source. This paper describes somedifferent modeling and design methods. The analogy and interpretation simplify the modeling of piezoelectric system and lead to physical insight that aids the designer. Since it is only an electrical anlogy,the computer simulation becomes easy. Two applicaions of the new electrical analogs are also demonstrated.
