摘要
采用放射免疫分析法检测了十二指肠溃疡病人血清肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF－α），白细胞介素6（IL－6）水平。结果表明：溃疡活动期TNF－α，IL－6血清含量明显升高，与正常对照组比较有显著差鼻；愈合期患者TNF－α含量明显下降，但与正常对照组比较仍有显著差异；愈合期患者IL－6水平恢复正常，与正常对照组比较无显著差异。
The activities of interleukin-6(IL--6 )and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF--a)in ulcer duodenal ofpatients were investigated by RIA. The results showed that IL-6 and TNF--a activities in patients withactive ulcer duodenal were more significant than in normal controls. TNF--a level was significantlyhigher in patients with inactive ulcer duadenal. IL-6 level was raised in both inactive ulcer duodenaland normal controls.
