不同种类含氯消毒剂消毒效果研究的系统评价

SYSTEMATIC EVALUATION ON DISINFECTION EFFECICACY OF DIFFERENT CHLORINE DISINFECTANTS

目的系统评价近10年国内外文献报道有关含氯消毒剂杀菌效果的研究结果,为正确使用含氯消毒剂提供系统参数和科学依据。方法通过PubM ed、Sc ienceD irect和中国期刊全文数据库等检索工具,对2000-2010年国内外相关文献报道的结果进行收集、阅读、统计分析,并作出系统评价。结果共查阅到2000-2011年内有关含氯消毒剂研究文献共102篇,其中中文文献65篇,英文文献37篇;65篇中文文献分布在23种期刊上,有49.23%发表在《中国消毒学杂志》上;37篇英文文献分布在Water Research和Journal of Hospital Infection等17种期刊上,发表数分别占37.84%和13.51%。在102篇文献中,涉及到含氯消毒剂包括氯气、二氧化氯、次氯酸钠、优氯净(二氯异氰尿酸钠)、三氯异氰尿酸、次氯酸钙以及氯胺T。综合杀菌效力由强到弱依次为二氧化氯、三氯异氰尿酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、次氯酸钠。结论 2000-2011年,有关含氯消毒剂杀菌效果的研究报道数量在化学消毒剂中仍居前列,应用最广泛,主要种类和效力以次氯酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氧化氯、三氯异氰尿酸为主。

Objective Systematic evaluate the application and disinfection effecicacy of chlorine disinfectants in the recent 10 years reported in the literature through a comprehensive search and collection,to provide the best evidence for using chlorine disinfectant in a more effective,correct way.Methods Establish search strategy,use PubMed,ScienceDirect,VIP,CNKI database and other online database,choose published literature（2000~2010） related to application and effect of chlorine disinfectant in English and Chinese.Then the results of included literatures are collected,read,statistically analyzed and systematicly evaluated.Results There are 102 eligible literatures included（65 in Chinese,37 in English）.65 Chinese literatures are distributed in 23 journals,and 49.23% are published in Chinese Journal of Disinfection;37 English literatures are distributed in 17 journals,and 37.84% are published in Water Research,13.51% are published in Journal of Hospital Infection.Chlorine,chlorine dioxide,sodium hypochlorite,sodium dichloroisocyanurate,trichloroisocyanuric acid（TCCA）,calcium hypochlorite and chloramine-T are involved in the 102 literatures.The order of comprehensive sterilization effect is as follows（from strong to weak）： chlorine dioxide,TCCA,sodium dichloroisocyanurate,sodium hypochlorite.Coclusion Numbers of studies on bactericidal effect of chlorine disinfectants still leap into the front ranks among the studies of chemical disinfectant in the first decade of this century.Chlorine dioxide,sodium hypochlorite,sodium dichloroisocyanurate,and trichloroisocyanuric acid are the most widely used and studied.
