SURVEILLANCE ON DISINFECTION QUALITY OF HOSPITALS IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE

目的了解广东省各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,找出存在的问题,以便改进和提高。方法采用现场采样和细菌检测方法,收集广东省2007-2009年全省医疗机构消毒质量监测的数据,得出各医疗机构消毒质量状况的结论。结果 2007-2009年,广东省医疗机构共采集样品584 018份,消毒质量总平均合格率为91.04%;连续3年的消毒质量平均合格率依次为91.22%、90.59%、91.32%。连续3年市、县、镇三级医疗机构的消毒质量监测合格率依次为93.84%、94.03%、89.92%,市、县级的合格率均比镇级高。无菌器械浸泡液、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、灭菌医疗用品灭菌合格率分别为96.08%、95.87%和95.33%。结论广东省医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但无菌物品和压力蒸汽灭菌合格率低于标准要求,镇级医疗机构消毒质量存在问题比较突出。

Objective To evaluate the disinfection quality of hospitals in Guangdong province,find out the problems in disinfection surveillance and strengthen the quality of disinfection surveillance.Methods Field sampling and bacteria detection method were used.The surveillance data were collected and analyzed of disinfection quality of hospitals in Guangdong province from 2007 to 2009,in order to get the conclusion about the disinfection quality.Results From 2007 to 2009,584 018 samples from hospital in Guangdong Province were detected.The overall qualified rate was 91.04%.The qualified rate in three consecutive years is 91.22%,90.59 % and 91.32 % respectively.The qualified rates of hospitals in municipal,county and town level in 3 years were 93.84 %,94.03% and 89.92% respectively.The qualified rates in all municipal and county hospital were higher than in town health centers.Among the surveillance items,the qualified rate of sterile instrument fluids,pressure steam sterilizing and sterilizing medical instruments is 96.08%,95.87% and 95.33% respectively.Conclusion The quality of disinfection surveillance in hospitals in Guangdong province is well,but the qualified rate of pressure steam sterilization and s medical instrument sterilization is lower than the demand of standard.The problem in disinfection surveillance in medical agencies at town level is prominently.
