摘要
光饰强化处理工艺使滚动轴承套圈表面层产生残余应力,硬度提高,表面粗糙度改善,从而使轴承疲劳寿命得到提高,并且疲劳寿命分散度缩小。论述了光饰强化法提高疲劳寿命的机理,介绍了实验过程和实验结果。附图3幅,表6个,参考文献4篇。
Strengthened polishing process makes the ring surfaces of the rolling bearings produce remainder stresses, and increase the hardness, and improve surface roughness, and increase fa-tigue life of the bearings, and decrease disperse degree of fatigue life. The mechanism for strengthened method of polishing to increase fatigue life is discussed. The experimental procedure and results are in-troduced.
