摘要 近年来,转座子介导的插入突变在哺乳动物的分子遗传学研究中得到了广泛的应用。转座子作为一种简便高效的遗传学操作工具,在构建转基因动物模型、基因治疗、细胞水平和动物整体水平的基因功能研究等方面发挥了重要的作用。文章重点介绍DNA转座子的结构、功能及其应用于小鼠分子遗传学领域的最新研究进展。 In the past decade,transposon-mediated insertional mutagenesis has been widely used in mammalian molecular genetics.As a convenient and efficient tool for genetic manipulation,transposon has played an important role in making trans-genic animal models,performing gene therapy,and annotating gene function at the cellular level and by animal studies in vivo.This review focuses on the structure,function and latest research progress of DNA transposons applied in mouse genetics.
