改型环形灌注泵的密封系统研究

摘要 通过对石油钻井中三缸钻井泵用灌注泵的工况特点进行分析,同时分析了轴封泄漏量的解析计算式, 认为提高灌注泵轴封可靠性的关键在于减少轴封间隙及降低轴封两端压差。围绕这两点, 采用改型环形泵体降低径向力来实现小间隙; 采用背叶片和螺旋密封实现小压差。再采用密封机理更为合理的反压式密封结构和具有自润滑性的柔性石墨, 从而实现了可靠的灌注泵轴封。 The work character of charging pump that is used in petrolum drilling three cylinder pump is analyzed in this paper. The analytic calculation for leakage is analyzed too. The keys to upgrading charging pump’s reliability are that reduce the clearness of the shaft sealing and pressure difference between the ends of the shaft sealing. Around the two points, modified circular casing is used to reduce the radical force on the impeller and realize less clearness;radical ribs on impeller and helical sealing on shaft are used to realize less pressure difference.The anti-pressure stuffing box that is more reasonable in sealing theory and soft graphite stuffing that is lubricant itself is used too. So we realized a reliable charging pump’s shaft sealing.
