新型工程装备故障专家诊断系统,主要由硬件和软件两部分组成。硬件部分主要包括基于工业级移动数据终端(PDA)的智能便携式现场故障排除维修指导单元,包括笔记本电脑、手持式智能工业级移动数据终端与相应的维修诊断软件。系统软件主要包括检测信息的手持式智能工业终端(PDA)模块、专家故障诊断模块、维修方案确定模块、训教模块、帮助模块和打印输出模块。该系统的开发大大提高了基层部队故障检测与维修保障能力。

The fault disgnostic expert system for engineering vehicle involved in this paper contains the hardware and sofeware.The hardware consists of intelligentportable failure recovery unit on the port based on PDA,includes portable computer、handheld PDA and corresponding software.The sofeware for this system is made up of the PDA module used for information detection、fault diagnostic expert module、chosing maintenance concept module、training and teaching module、aiding module and printing output module.The development of the system greatly improve the fault disgnostic and maintenance ability
