摘要
基于PLC对组合机床的电气控制系统进行设计,给出了完整的PLC控制系统接线图和完整的控制程序,并通过自制的模拟调试板对系统进行了全面反复的调试,实现了所有控制功能,运行稳定可靠,优点众多,值得推广。
The modular machine tool electricity control system is designed,and the complete wiring diagram of the PLC control system and the complete control program are gived.The author tests the control system comprehensively and repeatedly with the analog debug board self-maded,the all control functions are realized.The control system running stably and reliably,has more advantages,and it is good to generalize.
