Preliminary Screening of Item Pool on Cold-Heat Constitution Rating Scale

目的:研制能够迅速筛选出较为单纯的寒热体质样本的量表。方法:用不同方法对寒热体质调查问卷条目池中的条目进行筛选。筛选分为两个环节:先采用离散程度法、克朗巴赫系数法、相关系数法、聚类分析法、因子分析法从多个角度对条目进行筛选;然后对前一环节的结果进行判别分析。结果:将多种方法选中的条目保留下来形成寒热体质量表,判别分析法能控制兼夹体质的纳入。结论:条目筛选的结果增强了量表鉴别寒热体质的能力。

To establish a scale for screening out the pure cold-heat constitution sample quickly. Methods： The items were screened out from item pool of cold-heat constitution questionnaire. The course of screening included such two steps as follows ： to screen the items from various perspectives by the methods of disperse trend, Cronhach＇ s alpha, correlation coefficient, clustering analysis, and factor analysis; to discriminate and analyze the results from the steps above. Results： The selected items were reserved to establish the cold-heat constitution rating scale, and the method of discriminant analysis can control the take-in of complicated constitution. Conclusion ： The results of item screening enhance the abilities of scale for identifying the cold-heat constitution.
