温阳通督中药结合理筋手法对颈脊髓机械性压迫损伤家兔模型脊髓功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of "Wenyang Tongdu"Chinese Herbs Combined with Tendon-regulating Manipulation on Spinal Cord Function in Rabbits with Spinal Cord Injury due to Mechanical Compression

摘要 目的:探讨温阳通督中药结合理筋手法对颈脊髓机械性压迫损伤家兔模型脊髓功能的影响。方法:选用新西兰大白兔60只,在家兔C5椎体上植入不锈钢螺钉,建立家兔颈脊髓机械性压迫损伤模型,术后观察2个月并进行Tarlov评分后,将上述家兔随机分为中药加手法组、中药组、弥可保组和对照组,对中药加手法组、中药组、弥可保组进行手法及药物干预。干预2个月后再次对家兔进行脊髓功能评定和疗效评价。结果:中药加手法、中药和弥可保3种方法治疗脊髓损伤均有效,但中药加手法组的疗效优于中药组和弥可保组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通督中药结合理筋手法对慢性机械性压迫造成的脊髓损伤可取得较满意的疗效。 To explore the effects of "Wenyang Tongdu" Chinese herbs combined with tendon-regulating manipulation on spinal cord function in rabbits with spinal cord injury due to mechanical compression. Methods: Sixty New Zealand rabbits were selected and the rabbit model of spinal cord injury due to mechanical compression was established by implanting stainless steel screw into the C5. The Tarlov score was observed two months after operation, and all the model rabbits were randomly divided into Chinese herbs with manipulation group (A), Chinese herbs group (B), Methylcobal group (C) and control group (D) and the three former groups were treated by corresponding methods. The spinal cord functions were evaluated two nmnths afler treatment. Results: There were effects in groups A, B, and C on spinal cord injury, and the effects of group A were better than those of groups B and C ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion : "Wenyang Tongdu" Chinese herbs combined with tendon-regulating manipulation have satisfactory effects on spinal cord injury due to chronic mechanical compression.
