摘要
目的:对西红花药材有效成分含量与球茎大小进行相关性研究。方法:收集五个产区大小不同球茎进行室内培养,采收花柱,60℃烘干2h,液相色谱法对样品西红花苷含量进行测定。结果:五个产地来源的西红花球茎均表现为质量大的球茎所产花柱西红花苷含量高,最高为(17.71.4-0.24)%;小球茎所产花柱西红花苷含量较低,最低为(11.12±0.22)%。结论:质量在15g以上的西红花球茎与8~15g球茎,所产花柱西红花苷含量存在显著性差异。
To explore the relationship between the corm dimention and the effective component contents of saffron. Methods: Saffron corms from five cultivating areas were collected and cultured indoors. The stylus were gathered and dried at 60℃ for 2 hours. The crocin contents were determined by high pressure liquid chromatography. Re.suits: Within the scope of the investigation, the heavier corms were, the higher contents of crocin in the stylus were, and the highest content was ( 17.71 ± 0.24) % ; the lighter corms, the lower contents of crocin, and the lowest content was ( 11.12±0.22)%. Conclusion: There was a significant difference on crocin contents between the corms which weigh more than 15 g and the corms which weigh from 8 to 15 g.
