Treatment of Osteoarthritis by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Prospect of Metabolomics Application

摘要 为探讨代谢组学在中医药治疗骨关节炎研究中的应用前景,对骨关节炎的中医药治疗、代谢组学在骨关节炎研究中的应用进行了文献分析。发现代谢组学对研究中医药治疗骨关节炎具有独特的优势,能够更好地探索骨关节炎的发病机制;发现骨关节炎致病的生物标志物,寻求中医药干预骨关节炎的可能途径,能够为中医药治疗骨关节炎的客观化提供理论上和技术上的支持。 In order to investigate the application prospect of metabolomics in osteoarthritis treatment by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , this paper analyzed and smnmarized the literatures on traditional Chinese medical therapy of osteoarthritis and the metabolomics application in osteoarthritis research, and found that metabolonfies, with unique advantages in the research of Chinese medical treatment on osteoarthritis, could lead to a better exploration for the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, find the biomarkers of osteoarthritis and search for the possihle ways of Chinese medical intervention for osteoarthritis, and further provide the theoretical ant technical support for objective evidence of Chinese medical tratment of osteoarthritis.
