摘要
目的观察胆盐对附红细胞体活力的影响,探讨附红细胞体的消化道传播。方法以附红细胞体菌种与0.003%、0.03%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、3%猪胆盐溶液分别按1∶3混合,于37℃中,分别在1h、2h、3h、4h、5h、6h、24h用压片镜检法观测附红细胞体的活力变化。结果 3%的胆盐在2 h内能显著刺激附红细胞体增强其活力,2 h后其活力下降,6 h时其活力丧失;0.3%的胆盐在4 h内能刺激附红细胞体活力增强,4 h后下降,24 h时活力微弱;0.1%的胆盐能24 h保持附红细胞体的活力,且在3-4 h活力增强;0.003%的胆盐能在3 h内保持其活力,其后其活力减弱。结论高浓度的胆盐能先刺激附红细胞体增强其活力,随后很快抑制其活力,甚至将其杀死;0.1%的胆盐能保持附红细胞体的活力;更低浓度胆盐长时间作用也降低附红细胞体活力。
The aim of this study was to observe the effects of cholic acid sodium salt on vigor of Eperythrozoon,and explore its transmission method of alimentary tract.Under the condition of 37℃,the changes of vigor of Eperythrozoon in different concentration solutions of cholic acid sodium salt were observed respectively for 24 hours.Results showed that the vigor of Eperythrozoon was boosted up in 2 hours by 3% solution of cholic acid sodium salt and was cut down after 2 hours and then vanished in 6 hours.The vigor was stimulated in 4 hours and cut down after 4 hours and decreased gradually in 24 hours by 0.3% solution of cholic acid sodium salt.The vigor of Eperythrozoon was sustained for 24 hours and was increased by 0.1% solution of cholic acid sodium salt during 3 to 4 hours.The vigor was able to keep alive in the 0.003% solution of cholic acid sodium salt before 3 hours,but decreased gently after the first 3 hours.In conclusion,higher concentration of cholic acid sodium salt could stimulate the vigor firstly and then restrain it and even kill it,while lower concentration of cholic acid sodium salt is able to decrease the vigor,and 0.1% solution of cholic acid sodium salt could preserve the vigor.
