摘要
目的:探索四川省新发麻风病例的空间时间集群分布及GIS技术在麻风防治中的应用。方法:采用回顾性描述性研究方法,应用GIS技术对麻风流行病学数据,包括病例发现率、患病率、新发病例数和新发病例中2级畸残率等进行分析。结果:2002-2008年发现3个统计学意义的短时限新发病例空间时间群集分布,最大可能的集群分布于凉山彝族自治州;部分相对低流行地区新发病例2级畸残率显著高于全省水平。结论:GIS技术作为一种先进应用工具,为麻风流行状况分析、合理资源分配、项目管理评估等提供新的手段。
Objective: To explore the space - time distribution of newly detected leprosy cases, with Geographic Information System (GIS) and the application of GIS in leprosy control in Sichuan Province. Methods: In this retrospective descriptive study, epidemiological data on leprosy including detection rate, prevalence rate, number of new cases and the proportion of grade - 2 disability among newly detected cases in Sichuan were analyzed with GIS database. Results: Three significant spatio - temporal clusters of leprosy in the period of 2002 - 2008 were identified. The most likely one was located in Liangshan Yi Minority Autonomous Prefecture. The proportion of WHO grade- 2 disability among newly detected cases in some low endemic m'eas was significantly higher than the average level of the province. Conclusion: GIS could be used in analysis of leprosy epidemiological situation, resource allocation, management and evaluation of programs.
