摘要
目的:探索四川省新发麻风病例的空间时间集群分布及GIS技术在麻风防治中的应用。方法:采用回顾性描述性研究方法,应用GIS技术对麻风流行病学数据,包括病例发现率、患病率、新发病例数和新发病例中2级畸残率等进行分析。结果:2002-2008年发现3个统计学意义的短时限新发病例空间时间群集分布,最大可能的集群分布于凉山彝族自治州;部分相对低流行地区新发病例2级畸残率显著高于全省水平。结论:GIS技术作为一种先进应用工具,为麻风流行状况分析、合理资源分配、项目管理评估等提供新的手段。
Objective： To explore the space - time distribution of newly detected leprosy cases, with Geographic Information System （GIS） and the application of GIS in leprosy control in Sichuan Province. Methods： In this retrospective descriptive study, epidemiological data on leprosy including detection rate, prevalence rate, number of new cases and the proportion of grade - 2 disability among newly detected cases in Sichuan were analyzed with GIS database. Results： Three significant spatio - temporal clusters of leprosy in the period of 2002 - 2008 were identified. The most likely one was located in Liangshan Yi Minority Autonomous Prefecture. The proportion of WHO grade- 2 disability among newly detected cases in some low endemic m＇eas was significantly higher than the average level of the province. Conclusion： GIS could be used in analysis of leprosy epidemiological situation, resource allocation, management and evaluation of programs.
