摘要
离心泵汽蚀余量与转速的平方成比例,即Δhr ∝n2 ,为获得小的Δhr 值,需要成倍降低n 值。输油时由于粘度起决定性作用,n 值降低,会使圆盘摩擦功率损失急增,效率急剧下降,为此输油时的效率和汽蚀与清水泵相比,在技术上显得更为复杂。本文从生产实例出发。
When transporting oil,viscosity is most important,and when speed decreasing,the rub power of the circle plate quickly adds and efficiency quickly decreases,so the technique on cavitation and efficiency of centrifugal oil pump is more complicated compare with water pump.In the article,through many produce examples,the question between NPSH and speed is analyzed and settled.
