人脐带间充质干细胞在神经系统疾病治疗中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 人脐带间充质干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,可被诱导分化为神经元细胞、神经胶质细胞、血管内皮细胞等,表达多种神经营养因子并具有免疫调节作用,且来源广泛、采集方便、无伦理学问题,为神经系统疾病治疗提供了新的细胞来源,可在多种神经系统疾病中发挥治疗作用。
