公共消防政策执行模式探讨

随着经济社会的发展,消防工作也越来越收到重视,但国内关于公共消防政策执行理论的研究还很欠缺,本文将利用公共政策学中的公共政策执行模式理论,探讨当今一些公共消防政策执行中的科学合理成分及各种执行偏差,提出在公共消防政策的执行过程中应把握的科学手段及原则。

As the development of the economy,the work of fire control now attracts more and more attention, but there is little study on the transaction theory of public policy. In this article I would discuss the reasonable and unreasonable composition in some fire control policies nowadays according the theory of public policy performance, and then put forward the instrument and principle that should follow in the performance of fire control policy.
