“以人为本”的大学英语教师专业发展

随着我国高校教学改革的深入,高校教师的专业发展越来越引起广泛关注。加强高校英语教师自身的专业发展不仅更加符合教学改革的精神,也让教师能更好地迎接新形势下的教学挑战,也对更引起广大的大学英语课程的学习者的学习兴趣起到决定性的作用,更是大学英语教学"以人为本"宗旨的完美体现。结合当前的大学英语教师发展现状和面临的问题,从教师专业发展的内涵出发,本文从教学态度,知识储备和教与学的能力三个方面阐述了促进大学英语教师专业发展的基本途径。

Confronted with the new circumstances of reform of Chinese college English, it becomes a heated discussion to promote teachers＇ professional development, which is not only in accordance with the requirements of the reform, enable the teachers to better meet the new challenges, but also is essential for students＇ interests in English learning to be aroused. What＇s more, it is the perfect presence of the People-oriented principle. Based on the typical problems of teachers＇ professional development, from the perspective of its connotations, this paper is aimed at exploring the solutions from the related levels of teaching attitude, knowledge substance, and teaching ＆ learning ability.
