液相色谱-质谱传送带接口喷雾技术研究

Investigation on spraying technique of moving belt interface for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

介绍了自制的液相色谱－质谱联用传送带接口喷雾装置，研究了喷雾技术。实验表明，采用对流动相和喷气气体双加热的方法，可以提高对含水流动相的去除能力，避免样品分解。该装置喷雾效果良好，能承受较大的色谱流速，而且容易操作，材料易得，成本低。

A home-made spraying device of moving belt interface for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry is described and the spraying technique investigated.Experimental results show that the method of heating both liquid phase and spray gas can increase the ability to remove liquid phase and prevent the dissociation of sample. The device has good spraying performance and can bear higher flow rate. The other advantages are easy to operate, easy to obtain materials all low in cost.
