摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱测定元胡止痛胶囊中欧前胡素含量的方法。采用乙醇作溶剂，水浴加热回流提取。用 ＬＵＮＡ－Ｃ_１８色谱柱分离测定，流动相为甲醇－０．５％磷酸（６９∶３１），流速０．８ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长 ３００ｎｍ。欧前胡素与其相邻峰的分离度是 ２．０，理论板数按欧前胡素峰计算是１５３６７，欧前胡素对照品线性范围 １９．５０～５８．５０μｇ／ｍＬ， ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率９９．８％。本法操作简便，结果准确。
A quantitative method has been established for the determination of imperatirin in yanhu zhitong jiaonang(analgesic capsule) by RP-HPLC. Samples (injection volume=μL)were analyzed on LUNA C_18 column, using methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (69∶31) ad mobile phase (flow rate=0.8L/min)and detection at 300nm. The theoretical plates for imperatorin peak was 15367 and the resolution was 2.0. The range of linearity was 19.50~58.50μg/mL and correlation coefficient 0.9999.The aver age recovery and RSD were 99.8% and 0.6637%,respectively. The method is accurate and easy to use.
