对高等教育改革过程中德育发展趋势的思考

Development of Moral Education and Reform of Higher Education in China

我国的高等教育在科学技术迅猛发展和教育市场化、国际化发展的趋势下形成了全面改革和创新发展的态势,而现行的教育体制和模式在很多方面不能适应时代的需要,其中最突出的问题之一就是德育教育的滞后。鉴于学生素质尤其是政治思想素质对其成才的极端重要性,因此在高等教育改革过程中务必要做到教育的综合化与社会化德育融合、教育的多样化与个性化德育融合、教育的民主化与规范化德育融合以及教育的创新化与立体化德育融合。

China＇s higher education is now experiencing an overall reform and a period of innovation with the rapid development of science and technology and a market-oriented and internationalized educational trend.However,the current educational system and pattern in China is not adaptive to the demand of times.One of the prominent problems is that moral education has been lagged behind.In view of the importance of student＇s quality,esp.of the political and ideological quality in the process of talent formation,the education of being comprehensive,diversified,democratic and innovative must integrate firmly with a socialized,personalized,normalized and solid moral education.
