摘要
基于胜任特征模型的结构化面试不仅可以选拔出适合岗位要求的人才,还可以招聘到具有成功潜力的员工。本文从胜任特征和结构化面试的概念入手,着重探讨了基于胜任特征模型的结构化面试的程序和特点,对于改善结构化面试的测评功能和深化胜任特征的应用有一定价值。
Structured interview based on competency model can select wonderful employees who not only are suitable to the job,but also be potential.This article start with the concepts of competency and structured interview,and mainly discusses the meanings and procedure of structured interview based on competency,which play an important role in optimization of structured interviewand application of competency.
