The principles of strategic selection and economic evaluation about AMT investment projects are discussed. The method of AMT lnvestment Projects and the method of AMT investment selction and economic evaluation (ABSSEE AMTI) are set forward. By making use of IDEF 0 graph to build up the architecture of AMT investment project selection and economic evaluation system, its procedures of implementation are recounted.
