Health care is one of the major livelihood projects.Through in-depth researches,ten pieces of advice on improving health care of Shenzhen during twelfth Five-Year Plans are presented.They are about planning,service,resource,facilities,bio-pharmaceutical industry,community health center,new technology,talents,GNH and legal environment.
