区域科技型人才集聚效应和动因分析——兼论滨海新区人才高地建设对自主创新高地的影响

随着天津滨海新区逐渐成为中国北方自主创新的重要基地,人才高地作为其自主创新高地建设的作用日益凸显。文章通过分析科技型人才的聚集效应,阐明了聚集的动因,提出了滨海新区建设人才高地的对策。

As the Binhai New Area of Tianjin city gra-dually becomes one of the northern China＇s most important independent innovation bases,the role of the talents platform in the independent innovation highland construction becomes increasingly prominent.Through the analysis of the converging effect of the scientific and technological talents,the paper expounds the motivation of the convergence and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of Binhai New Area Talents Platform.
