上市企业资本结构优化分析

企业资本结构是公司金融领域研究的一个重要课题,其不仅反应了企业的市场价值,还影响着企业日常经营活动。然而有关资本结构的研究文献多是以西方发达资本主义市场为背景,对于以中国市场为背景的研究并不多。本文以资本结构理论为基础,通过分析目前中国上市企业经营活动中普遍存在的问题,得出资本结构不够完善的结论,并提出优化企业资本结构的几点建议。

Capital structure is always one of the mo-st important issue on corporate finance,which not only reflects the market value of the enterprise,but also affect the daily business operations.However most researches are developed on the background of the developed Western capitalist market,not the Chinese market.In this paper I will give a view of the capital structure theory first,then analyze the common problems in current business activities of Chinese listed companies and give some suggestions on the optimization of capital structure.
