边疆少数民族农村剩余劳动力跨省转移的制约性因素与对策研究——以新疆维吾尔族为例

本文以新疆维吾尔族农村剩余劳动力为研究对象,主要探讨维吾尔族农村剩余劳动力跨省转移的制约性因素,并在此基础上提出相应的对策,以加快少数民族农村劳动力的跨省转移步伐,提高农牧民的工资性收入。

In this paper,taking the Xinjiang Uygurnational minority rural surplus labor as the object of study,mainly discusses the restrictive factors of the Uygur national minority rural surplus labor cross-province shift,and propose the corresponding countermeasure for speeding up the national minority rural labor force the cross-province shift step,enhancing herdsman＇s wage income.
