摘要
面对金融危机没有消褪的境况,企业对自身存在的法律风险可能的新问题和新形势,采取有效措施防范企业法律风险,尽量缓解金融危机为企业造成的压力。本文在对企业法律风险的概念及特征加以论述,并且对企业法律风险产生的原因做了详尽分析,然后提出如何防范和控制企业法律风险的策略。
As the financial crisis did not go away,t-he business risk of its own legal existence of the new problems and new situations and take effective measures to prevent the risk of corporate law,as far as possible for enterprises to ease the financial crisis caused by the pressure.In this paper,the concept of enterprise risk and characteristics of the law to be addressed,and the risk of corporate law,made a detailed analysis of the causes of,and then suggest how to prevent and control the legal risk business.
