摘要
文章通过三个气动机器人实例的介绍,反映了气动技术在机器人领域的应用水平,尤其是Tron-X电子气动机器人成功应用了FESTO研制的SPC-100气动伺服控制技术,使气动伺服技术继电子伺服技术、液压伺服技术之后第三种具有独特个性和特性的一门崭新技术。气缸在任意位置自动定位与模块化的气动机械手相结合,必将对高效自动化生产线带来巨大的利益。
With 3 examples of pneumatic robots,the article introduces how pneumatic technology applies to robot, especially Tron-X electric-pneumatic robot, which has success fully adopted Festo SPC 100 pneumatic-servo technology. This technique has been developed as a third complete new one with unique character and feature ranked after electric-servo and hydraulic-servo technique.The combination of cylinder optional auto positioning and modular pneumatic robot arm is surely to bring great benefit to automatic production line with high efficiency.
