摘要 本文对应变式切削测力仪的动态性能进行了研究,比较了测力仪弹性无件在粘贴应变片前后固有频率和阻尼比的变化。结论是:应变片的粘贴不会造成测力仪固有频率的损失;测力系统的通过频率取决于系统中固有频率最差的环节——动态应变仪。最后,用实验的方法验证了测力系统对动态力的测量结果。 This paper presents a research on the dynamic characteristics of a strain type cutting force meter and a checkup on the elastic element of the cutting force meter for any change in both natural frequency and damping ratio before and after it is bonded with straingauges.The result shows that the bonded straingauges do not cause the cutting force meter to lose its natrual frequency and that the frequency passing through the cutting force measuring system depends on the worse link in the natural frequency,i.e.the dynamic strainmeter.finally,an experiemental method is used to verify the measuring result through the response of the force measuring system to the dynamic cutting force.
