单次血液净化联合甲泼尼龙、环磷酰胺、乌司他丁治疗百草枯中毒疗效观察

The effect of blood purification single joint methylprednisolone,cyclophosphamide,ulinastatintreatment on paraquat poisoning

目的探讨单次血液净化联合甲泼尼龙、环磷酰胺、乌司他丁治疗百草枯中毒疗效。方法 2007年4月至2010年6月,我院对百草枯中毒患者采用了单次血液净化联合甲泼尼龙、环磷酰胺、乌司他丁治疗方法,治疗了38例病人,作为治疗组;2003年3月至2007年4月,对百草枯中毒患者采用多次血液净化、地塞米松、环磷酰胺等药物治疗方法,治疗了25例患者,作为对照组;观察两组病人血气分析、死亡率。结果治疗组住院死亡4例,对照组住院死亡17例,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论单次血液净化联合甲泼尼龙、环磷酰胺、乌司他丁治疗百草枯中毒的方法可以显著降低百草枯中毒患者的死亡率。

Objective： To investigate the effect of blood purification single joint methylprednisolone,cyclophosphamide,ulinastatin（UTI） treatment on paraquat（PQ） poisoning.Methods： Thirty-eight cases of patients,as the treatment groupwho were admitted into our hospital from April 2007 to June 2010,received the treatment with PQ in a single blood purification joint methylprednisolone,cyclophosphamide.Twenty-five patients in the control group,from March 2003 to April 2007,were treated for PQ poisoning with repeated blood purification,dexamethasone,cyclophosphamide;blood gas analysis and the mortality rate were observed.Results： There were four cases of hospital deaths in the treatment group and 17 cases of hospital deaths in the control group.Difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.001）.Conclusion： Single blood purification joint methylprednisolone,cyclophosphamide,UTI treatment of PQ poisoning can significantly reduce mortality in patients with PQ toxication.
