血培养中猪霍乱沙门氏菌的鉴定与药敏 被引量:2

摘要 目的快速对血培养中猪霍乱沙门氏菌进行鉴定以指导临床医师正确使用抗生素,提高治愈率。方法用全自动血培养分析仪进行血培养,对血培养阳性、革兰染色阴性标本同时转种血琼脂、HE琼脂、麦康凯琼脂和SS平板上,采用K-B法检测菌株的药敏情况。结果猪霍乱沙门氏菌在SS平板上形成无色、半透明的菌落,硫化氢和氧化酶试验阴性,沙门氏菌抗血清O7、Hc和H1,5凝集阳性。对氨苄西林,复方新诺明、氯霉素、萘啶酸等耐药;对左氧氟沙星、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦等敏感。结论血培养中猪霍乱沙门氏菌快速、准确的鉴定与药敏结果对提高救治率至关重要。 Objective: To study the rapid identification of Salmonella choleraesuis in hemoculture for clinical antibiotics application to raise cure rate.Methods: Hemoculture was done by automated hemoculture analyzer,subcultivation blood agar,Maconkey agar,SS plate for specimen with hemoculture positive and Gram stain negative,drug sensitivity was detected by K-B method.Results: Salmonella choleraesuis form coloreless,HE plate,semiopaque colony on SS plate,hydrogen sulfide and oxidase test negative,salmonellosis antiserum O7,Hc and H1,5 agglutination positive,and was resistant for Ampicil SMZ-TMP,Chloramphenicol,Nalidixic Acid,but sensitive to Levofloxacin,Cefotaxime,Ceftazidime,Cefepime,Imipenem,Meropenem,Cefoperazone/Sulbactam,Piperacillin/Tazobactam.Conclusion: Rapid,precise indentification and drug sensitivity of Salmonella choleraesuis in hemoculture is very important to raise cure rate.
