摘要随着人民生活水平的日益提高,我国居民饮食结构有了全面的改善,但也导致了糖尿病发病率居高不下。糖尿病成为继心脑血管疾病和肿瘤之后危害人类健康的＂第三杀手＂。自20世纪末以来,人们对内源性胰高血糖素样肽-1（glucagon like pep-tide-1，GLP-1）的结构、生理功能等进行了深入研究，现对GLP-1及其类似物的最新研究进展作一综述。
