稳定剂对镍磷化学镀层表面形貌及耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 对添加Pb2+ 和硫脲两类稳定剂和不加稳定剂的镀层进行了表面形貌和耐蚀性对比分析,发现加稳定剂后镀层颗粒尺寸增大,耐蚀性下降。加稳定剂的镀层热力学稳定性降低,颗粒长大只须较低的表面能,当颗粒相遇时为减小表面能而相互融合,使颗粒尺寸变大。硫脲作稳定剂的镀层较Pb2+ 作稳定剂的镀层胞状颗粒粗大,缺陷多,含有低品位的夹杂,因而镀层耐蚀性差。 The morphology and anti corrosion behavior of electroless Ni P coatings with different stabili zers were studied by means of SEM and corrosion test. When puttig stabilizer in the electroless bath,the coating’s particles enlarged and corrosion resistance decreased compared with the coating that didn’t contain stabilizer. This is due to the thermodynamical stability of the coating containing stabilizer is low, the particles’ growth needs less surface energy which induces the particles blending and forms larger particles. The stabilizers, especilly thiourea, make the rate of porosity and other drawback of the coating increase, therefore the coating’s corrosion resistance decrease.
