摘要 利用2kW 的CO2 激光器在16Mn 钢表面激光熔覆(WC+ SiC)/Ni基复合涂层,对熔覆层中的界面组织、显微硬度的分布及耐磨性作了分析,同时也分析了涂层合金元素中添加稀土元素对涂层性能的影响。 Laser Cladding of (WC+SiC)/Ni based composite coating on the 16Mn steel has been performed with 2kW CO 2 laser beam. In this paper, the interface structure, distribution of microhardness and wear resistance of coating were investigated. In addition, the influence of additional RE in the coating alloy on the pro perties of the coating was analysed.
