摘要
采用重力分离SHS法制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管,研究了装料密度、保温方式对复合管合成过程、性能及质量的影响。研究发现,通过调整装料密度与保温方式可获得较高质量的复合管。
The ceramic lined pipes have been produced by gravitational thermit SHS method. The influences of feed density and heat preservation method on the SHS reaction and the mechanical properties of ceramic lined pipes have been ivestigated. It was found that the composite pipes with high quality can be obtained through the adjustment of feed density and heat preservation way.
