重整重芳烃催化加氢裂解反应工艺条件的探究 被引量:4

摘要 以PtM/ZSM-5为催化剂,重整重芳烃与氢气为原料,在固定床反应器中系统地考察了反应温度、H_2/油体积比、反应系统压力以及空速对重整重芳烃加氢裂解反应的影响规律,确定催化剂较优运行条件为:入口温度380℃,反应压力2.8MPa,氢油体积比为500,重芳烃重时空速(WHSV)为2.0h^(-1)。在此反应条件下,C_9转化率大于70%,C_(10)^+转化率大于50%,可获得58%以上BTX(苯,甲苯,乙笨和二甲苯)芳烃产品,且剩余C_9重组分中富集了三甲苯,可从中精馏分离三甲苯单体。催化剂的稳定性和再生实验结果表明催化剂低温活性高,稳定性和再生性能优良,具有良好的工业应用前景。 The catalytic hydropyrolysis of heavy reformates was tested over PtM/ZSM-5 catalyst in fixed-bed reactors. Effects of temperature, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil, reaction pressure and space velocity of heavy reformates on the reaction were systematically investigated as well as proper process conditions were optimized as inlet temperature of 380℃, reaction pressure of 2.8 MPa, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 500 and WHSV of 2.0 h^-1. Under such optimized process conditions, heavy reformats were able to be converted to above 58% recovery of BTX aromatics with over 70% conversion of C9 and 50% conversion of C10^+, respectively. And the remainder after the separation of BTX aromatics enriched trimethylbenzene (TMB), from which the TMB isomers could be obtained by fractionation. The catalyst showed high activity at low temperature and very good stability during its life-testing experiment as well as excellent regeneration property in regeneration experiment.
