摘要
在实验室自建的脉冲色谱装置上研究了催化裂化粗汽油在LTB-2催化剂上的二次裂解反应,根据实验结果确定了粗汽汕二次裂解的八集总反应网络,并推导了其数学模型。该模型包含了20个反应,充分体现了丙烯和C_4的二次反应,并能够体现反应温度、反应时间对结果的影响。采用非线性最小二乘法求取了模型中的反应速率常数,根据Arrhenius方程计算了活化能,并对模型进行了验证。结果表明,模型的计算值与实验值吻合良好。
Study on secondary cracking of FCC gasoline over LTB-2 catalyst was cameo out in pulse-chromatograph equipment. The 8-lump kinetic reaction network for secondary cracking of FCC gasoline was determined according to the experimental results. And the correspondent mathematical model was established. There were 20 reactions in this model. It could describe the secondary reactions of propylene and C4, and image the effects of temperature and time. The nonlinear least square method was used to estimate kinetic parameters of the model. Active energies of each reaction were calculated according to Arrhenius equation. The model was tested. It showed that predicted yields by the model coincided well with the experimental values.
