摘要
标准对节能减排工作日益发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了国内外节能减排标准化现状,并结合上海市"十一五"期间的节能减排标准化实践,展望未来,提出了"十二五"期间上海的节能减排标准化目标和任务,以及发挥节能减排标准化作用的措施和建议。
In the paper, the author clarified the important role of standards in energy-saving and emission-re-duction program; and described the status quo of standardization at home and abroad. Furthermore, summarized the implementation of energy-saving and emission-reduction standardization in the period of the Eleventh Five-year in Shanghai, proposed the orientation and scheme of standardization, provided some advice on utilizing standardization in energy-saving and emission-reduction program for the Twelfth Five-year Program
